Ajdabiya - Tobruk

It is intended to connect the city of Tobruk and its environs with the System (Sarir -Sirt / Tazerbo-Benghazi) through the hole allocated to it in the Ajdabiya region to supply it with water at a rate of (136 thousand) cubic meters per day, about (45 million) cubic meters annually. In this regard, we would like to point out that the opinion of experts and specialists according to the studies prepared for this purpose concluded that an amount in the range of (600 to 700 thousand) cubic meters (of the Kufra Basin / Tazerbo) system's water, should be allocated to the eastern regions via the Ajdabiya / Tobruk link and the rest (1 million) cubic meters are allocated for the western regions from Misurata to the Al-Jefara plain areas.
