Man-Power
The Authority has qualified and trained a group of national personnel and employed them with the contracted companies, where a total of 1986 job seekers were employed, and the involvement of Libyans in working in these companies was considered a kind of training and gaining experience in various fields in an effort to replace them with expatriate workers in a gradual and orderly manner. In this context, a previous committee was formed that aims to prepare work programs to train and qualify the various workers in the Project, for all scientific and professional specialties, in order to reach their best performance.
The total number of employees belonging to the various Project systems by the end of August 2018 reached about (2472) employees, distributed according to their specializations and qualifications, among the systems general administrations and centers, as shown in the following table:
